I liked the look of this sofa and when I saw it on Wayfair who were offering assembly. I knew I would not have to assemble it myself. I had previously bought one before from another retailer but had to return it because I could not fit it together because two of the bars would not align . Unfortunately the problem was exactly the same with this sofa and I had to return it. Fortunately the men who delivered it was on hand to take it away. Wayfair issued the refund immediately. Buying from Wayfair was easy, delivery was very quick and on time. I was kept informed at all times of the progress of the order. Very good customer service and I would buy from Wayfair again.

Absolutely brilliant service and our gorgeous sofa is so so comfy. The two lads who delivered and assembled it were excellent.

Once I got this set up it's grand and I'm pleased with it... however, I wasn't so pleased setting it up. One f the steel pins holding the drive shaft in place was lying loose in box and missing the split pin to keep it in place once put in location. I had to improvise by placing a rivet through it and bending to keep in place. The 2 rails either side of middle section that chairs fit into were fitted on the wrong sides, so had to refit those. Electric connector was bent out of shape so had to straighten those before connecting. Wasn't a good experience. More care needs taken with quality checks. But as I say pleased with finished product
