Forestdale Polyester Blend Executive Chair

DO NOT BUY! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY! ZERO STARS! This is one of the worst chairs in the world. Never in the world should this be priced at £235. Cheap material, cheap build, already coming apart and screws are loosening already (on day 2). I ordered this chair thinking it would be a good chair, but first chair came the screws did not fit. The Socket for the screws were not straight so had to ask for replacement. Which Wayfair did without any issues. Receive the 2nd chair, same issues screws don't tighten. Somehow got it together, sat on it for 2 days and already feeling the chair coming apart. If you are spending that much money on a chair you would atleast expect to last a year or so. But don't expect this from this chair!

This is a comfy chair! I love the heated option as I have a sore back so it’s very nice. The massage I’m not too excited about as I don’t find it as soothing as I thought I would so I’m a bit disappointed but overall it’s a decent chair. Worth the sale price but I wouldn’t say worth the full price. It only took me about 10 minutes to put it together so that’s another plus point. I recommend this if you’re sitting at a desk for a few hours.

It took me about 20 minutes to put together, the instructions (if you can call them that) were a guide rather than clear step by step instructions, but it’s all pretty intuitive. I got this in the sale, and it was ok for the price I paid, but I wouldn’t have paid the £450 for it.

Product not ideal for everyday office use. Not enough back support (stays in a slightly reclined position). Not ergonomic and height cannot be adjusted to higher desks. Not enough cushioning for long hours of sitting. Just not comfortable for the hours seated at your desk.

Not the best quality. Broke after 18 months.
