Good chair

This chair is sold on your website as a Bchester Executive Chair. It is advertised at £589.00 discounted to £324.99. The chair arrived with Teknik instructions. I was having difficulty assembling it so I googled it and found you can buy this chair from various other websites eg Robert Dyas for £234.99. I telephoned customer service to ask if it is indeed the same chair. I was told it is. I was also told that you do not price match. I thought I was buying a £589.00 chair in the sale. I am very disappointed and think it is poor that you sell this chair under a different name with an inflated price. I will not be using your website again.
