Nightmare from start, cant comment on chairs as they werent opened. Ordered for delivery while I was off work, 2 days before delivery day, order still pending, made contact to be told their system hadnt processed the payment, but it had left my bank account. New delivery was on 7th Nov... I was at work... have set up collection 3 times for them to be collected by evri, no show, days off work with no pay! .... eventually our very efficient evri driver took them for me... awaiting refund ...not a happy customer wayfair!!
