Falls Upholstered and Velvet Bar Stool

Got this in 3 colours and very happy with the stools. The promised delivery dates did shift twice and were delivered nearly 6 weeks after initially promised

Really comfy and love the colour!

Order 4 stools in 4 different colours in April 24, the mustard stool arrived with missing fixings in the seat base, this was notified to Wayfair on the day of delivery. A replacement seat was then supposed to be sent out. After 4 weeks or so i chased Wayfair as they replacement part had not arrived, to be told this was on back order and would not be delivered until September. They arrange for a complete new seat to be sent out, however without notifying me they then cancelled the order a few weeks later. After chasing again i was told that a new order would be processed for dispatch on the 15th July. Chased 6th August as nothing had arrived, to be told the stool isn't in stock, they are now unwilling to return the remaining 3 stools as now outside of their return window... terrible customer service, terrible company

Gorgeous design and very comfy

Absolutely lovely chair, looks great. Feels slightly unsturdy, but for the price, cannot complain. Worth the money
