Sofa lovely, looks to be good quality and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately whole experience ruined by aggressively rude delivery driver to 90 year old customer. Driver refused to put sofa into sitting room on same level bungalow and left it outside front door, even though 'room of choice' delivery paid for. Will not be recommending any of my relatives or friends order from here in case they get same driver. and are left as upset and confused as this 90 year old customer. Hope the delivery company reads this and takes note, am absolute disgraceful way for anyone to be treated!
