Absolute rubbish. This bed is so heavy it’s impossible for me to lift. It is so low to the floor I needed a zimmer frame to get me up. No handles to help lift the base and just a piece of canvas as a base for the storage. I asked for an exchange but was told I needed the packaging which was taken away when I used the white glove service. Wasted £700 just paid £1000 for another bed 6 months after buying this one. Don’t touch it.

Great width and height. Fast delivery and good customer service.

Works fine, looks great, only problem we have is that with the mattress on it is hard to lift.

Love the material and fast delivery everything all good

Bed is great love it but only disappointment a bit smaller than the actual double size bed
