Chair has snapped - the frame has snapped both sides

Wayfair is often my go to furniture place and I've rarely had to write a poor review....but I need to now! I bought these chairs 2 years ago ...and I suppose the saying is "you get what you pay for". 4 of the 6 chairs are now broken. I would have anticipated them lasting more than 5 years. The legs support is poor and becomes loose - it isn't a case of tightening screws. The internal structure bit comes out. I have tried to show in the photos. The leg then becomes unaligned and bends in on itself making the chair too unstable to sit on. It was also quite time consuming assembling them too. There are too many parts but strangely the fault is the rear cross bar that you just fit into place.

Great chairs, fairly comfortable, the velvet looks really nice.

The chairs aren’t as strong as expected. Had to purchase stronger wooden chairs. Looks like the pictures, just wasn’t for us.
