Bencar Upholstered with Trundle

Bought this bed when we started doing the room. Doing the room consisted of new electrics, plastering, decorating etc. Due to a plasterer letting us down 3 times the room took longer to get finished. Today we have gone to put the bed up and the manufacturer has stapled right through where one of the bolts go to put the bed together. Due to 9 weeks passing it is no longer eligible for a replacement part which is shocking considering its a manufacturing issue. Now I'm out of pocket over £300. This is a few times I've had issues with products from this company. Do not recommend at all and will be leaving a review on trust pilot also!!

Not happy with this purchase. Just to let you know customers this bed dont come with wooden slats. Why would anyone buy a bed for £415 and does not include the wooden slats. Ridiculous and I have to pay return charge. When this is not stated properly on the description box.

Very elegant, just like the picture.easy to assembly.my daughter loves it.
