Some of the holes are on one side of the rod with other holes drilled on the opposite side, making it complete rubbish and impossible to use mistakes happen, but to send this out to a consumer without checking for such glaring defects is careless and inconsiderate to the consumer. We spent an hour trying to assemble it before we realized it was impossible to assemble as the parts are defective to the point that it cannot be reconciled.
