Bought this for my husband he loves it. It’s so much easier for him to remain independent and is really comfortable he says.

Makes life much easier for disabled husband .looks good and is comfortable .

Great chair, very comfortable!

The chair is excellent, just what I needed but the service from the delivery firm was appalling. XDP failed to email the day before delivery, didn’t call on the morning of delivery, delivered while I was out so left a card saying rearrange delivery but there website didn’t let you do this and there was no way of contacting them, even there chat line didn’t work! On the day the chair was finally delivered ( not the day listed on the Wayfair/XDP tracking site) no email the night before and an unexpected and unintelligible phone call that I ignored. So it was a surprise when the chair arrived out of the blue at a time I could easily have been out again. Very disappointed.

Lovely looking chair that was a replacement for the same Whitely chair that was defective. Unfortunately the replacement chair has now stopped reclining after a couple of months and now only rises. I'm waiting for a reply from Wayfair about a resolution. Customer service was really efficient first time around so hopefully I get a reply soon
