Henning Secretary Desk

This desk took hours to build and it's not really worth the time/money. The instructions don't come in a booklet but random pages which make them hard to follow. The desk comes in 19 pieces but none are numbered so be prepared to get your tape measure out and try to figure out what piece is what... I ended up measuring them and labelling them with post it notes. Once build, the whole desk rest on a small plinth which is less than 20cm wide which means that the desk keeps toppling forward when in use so it needs to be fixed to teh wall for safety. I'd say it's imperative if you have small children! The desk also comes with 2 gas struts to keep the top close when not in use but there are no holes to show where they go and no proper instructions to fit them soI've currently had to leave them off which means I can't close the desk. Having the ability of closing the desk was the only reason I purchased it. I wish I hadn't bought it.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Platz sparender Sekretär. Würde ich wieder bestellen, kleines Manko ist, dass keine Wandhalterungen im Paket sind die man aber braucht.

Sooo. Wo fang ich an. Ich bin kein Freund von Möbel aufbauen. Bleibt einem aber nichts übrig. Habs ja auch immer geschafft! Bis jetzt!!! Also erster Punkt wenn man mit Gegenständen arbeitet, wie Platte 1- xy, wäre es super hilfreich diese auch zu beschriften. Ein permanentes Suchspiel. Gefolgt von vergessenen Vorbohrungen. Jede Platte nach den passenden „Löchern“abgesucht, weil oft nicht klar welche Teile gemeint waren.Unübersichtlich aufgebaut. An manchen Stellen schon der Lack abgeplatzt…. Für diesen Preis schon garnicht, aber auch so empfehle ich den Sekretär Niemandem. Außer man hat Nerven aus Drahtseil und Bock auf puzzeln. Am liebsten hätte ich ihn zurückgeschickt! Sorry
