The fitting screws to the seat pads are cheaply manufactured and two have burred on entry to pilot screw holes, not good fitting!!

Great chair for the price. We'll packed and easy to assemble. Comfortable. Levers would have been better further forward under seat and foot/leg rest great if you're under 5ft 2in. I use a separate foot stool. Overall a neat design and a good purchase.
