Alshawn Swivel Recliner

Delivery was quick, the delivery team was helpful. The chair was quickly and easily assembled and set up. The chair is firm enough to give good support, yet comfortable and plush and easy to fall asleep in. I am over the moon.

The recliner chairs are ideal for our home. However on unpacking one of the chairs bases, there was a tear to the packaging and on removal there is damage one of the legs, revealing scratches. Please can you send me a replacement Base for one chair. I have added photos for evidence.

The product is robust, and well constructed. Speed of delivery was phenomenal! However, the assembly instructions fell short of perfection, depriving the product of its fifth star.

Speedy delivery. The recliner look fantastic and the fabric is easy to clean and remove pets hairs. The downside, the head rest is really uncomfortable because it is higher than then the neck rest and I have to use a cushion, almost like in the airplane seat. Not very ergonomic unfortunately. Somewhat easy to assemble for the most part but I struggled two screws at the bottom when fitting one of the arm rest because the holes did not match and I had to push quite hard to ensure it fell correctly into position. The mechanism works just fine. When I tested the charger and I was going to remove the cable from the slot, the controller where the sockets are located was coming off. One of the screws came loose and the best way to fix it is to replace it entirely and I could not remove the plaque to do it. Poor construction. The customer service offered a replacement part but not sure this was the best solution and I was offered a discount to get it fixed without too much hassle. I would have give 55 if it wasnt for these issues.
