After waiting 2 months for the order was disappointed with the quality of the product for the price I payed! On the Tv worktop the corner vinyl covering was short so you could see wood chip in the gap!! One the doors to a unit didn’t come painted blue but the white primer, how on earth can that get through QC ! The handles on one unit were off to the others gold instead of black(the handles are really poor quality feel like a child’s toy ! Plastic rubbish! Numerous chips and scratches to surfaces , I had to list all that was wrong for replacement parts, no response as to when I will receive those!

They people packaging and shipping this order. Cannot get it right! Wish we read the reviews. The product itself is great, however we did not receive all the items so ended up with a partial refund. Twice they sent everything out and we kept ending up with duplicates or missing pieces. Make sure you open the boxes and photograph everything. From what we do have very sturdy and great quality.

Super disappointed with this. The parts were scattered in 7 different boxes and nothing had part numbers on them so a nightmare to find and assemble. Parts also had damage to them and door handles were cheap plastic. Returned.

The entertainment units were delivered as 7 boxes, started to assemble the units only to find that I had 3 boxes of on part, 2 boxes of another part and no boxes of product for the other parts leaving me unable to assemble any of the units at all. Spoke to customer service and was told to take a picture of all the boxes, open them all and then send the pictures to a customer service email address and wait for 2 working days for someone to respond. Then they will arrange for the units to be collected and once they have them back they will send me the correct ones if they are still in stock. If they are not in stock then I will have to request a refund as they will not automatically give back to me. I ordered the set because it was on a quick delivery only to find out that I will now have to take another day off work to wait for someone to come and collect everything and then if they have in stock another day off work to wait for the new delivery. Not a great experience at all as I am shocked at how little anyone at Wayfair actually care as from their mistake with the delivery I am made to feel at fault and seriously out of pocket

Absolutely beautiful entertainment unit. All instructions parts in correct boxes, no problems putting together. I love it.
