This shelf arrived very quickly, was packaged well, and was easy to put together. The packaging did include styrofoam which I was slightly disappointed with, I would have preferred more reinforced cardboard so that it could be recycled. But there was not a scratch on the furniture, so can't fault them there. Everything was very well labelled with letters that matched the instructions, so it was easy to put together. They included everything you needed with an allenkey and cross head screw driver on the other end of the key. I ended up using my own cross head at home as the small one provided on the key was a bit fiddly, but it was still perfectly functional. The product looks as described in the picture, even the colour of the wood was accurate, which can be difficult to replicate in commercial photos. All-in-all very pleased.
