I Purchased this bed on 04/09/2024 and it was delivered on the 6/09/2024 AFTER just 4 weeks of it being built the Paint on the Headboard started to peel off I contacted Mayfair and eventually was put on an email trail with someone called Dave a Service Specialist 11 who was very unhelpful and when I asked to speak to someone else he insisted by email only that he was dealing with my enquiry and I could not contact anyone else regarding this, I asked for a full refund and he offered me 5% off if I kept the Bed which was less than £5.00 this was a joke as the Bed had to be built from scratch with lots of nuts and bolts, he then said I could send it back for a full refund which meant I would have to dismantle it and send it back and as I no longer had the box it was delivered in he suggested I go to a supermarket and ask for some boxes for me to pack and return which again was a ludicrous suggestion I eventually suggested they send me a replacement Head Board which after more ridiculous emails he agreed to do , it was meant to be delivered on the 11th of October then I got an email saying it would now be delivered in Monday 11th November without any explanation why another email suggests it will now be December this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and its all down to Dave the Service Specialist I have purchased lots of things over the years with Wayfair and have always up till now received excellent Customer Service, I will never buy anything from them again

I chose this bed because it's not going to squeak when laid on it dew to the foam filled metal frame which is a bonus.it looks the part and very modern.

This is a lovely bed I brought it for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. It has loads of room for under bed storage and it was quite easy to set up

Lovely bed! My daughter loves it. Easy to put together once one follows the instructions. Don't tighten screws 100% until you are done putting the frame together. This allows every bit to fit in perfectly. Then tighten as much as you can. I'm a young lady *wink* and put this together in no time. Cheers!
