Lovely looking chairs and comfortable. However the connection between the legs is inadequate. One chair collapsed on Christmas Day with a guest with mobility issues ending up being stuck on the floor and a second chair ready to collapse as the screw won’t stay fixed and it’s extremely wobbly. I have requested some kind of customer service intervention.
