Easy to put together, very handy for when changing your living room around, move and place wherever you like. I know it looks a bit like a vicar should be standing behind it a the crem reading his verses but it does the job.

Great stand gives us more room

Extremely Poor Delivery & Customer Service. I’ve now placed two separate orders with Wayfair—one recently and one over two years ago—and unfortunately both experiences were equally disappointing. In both cases, my deliveries were significantly delayed with no communication whatsoever from Wayfair to keep me informed. Trying to reach customer service is nearly impossible. There is no way to speak to a real person, and you’re forced to deal with their virtual assistant, which is honestly useless. It doesn’t answer questions properly, doesn’t understand what you’re asking, and ultimately provides no help at all. What’s most frustrating is that you’re left hoping your order—sometimes a high‑value item—will eventually arrive, with no updates, no transparency, and no meaningful customer support. Despite my poor first experience years ago, I gave Wayfair another chance, thinking things might have improved. Clearly, they haven’t. It seems like a poorly managed company that relies heavily on an attractive website and unique furniture offerings, but fails completely in delivery operations and customer care. I won’t be ordering from them again. Update: To make matters worse, although the most recent item has now arrived, it cannot be properly used because the correct screws required to mount the TV were not included. There was no indication that a specific TV type was required, and my television is a standard, modern model. As a result, I’ve had to spend additional time and money trying to source the correct screws—something that is not straightforward and should never be the customer’s responsibility. After already paying a significant amount for this item, it is unacceptable to incur extra costs just to make it usable due to missing or incorrect components. Wayfair appears to rely heavily on an attractive website and unique furniture offerings, but fails badly when it comes to delivery execution, product completeness, and customer care. This has been an unnecessarily frustrating experience from start to finish.
