Firstly, the delivery service was extremely poor. The driver could not help with the item to take it up the stairs to my flat as it was so heavy. Then i had to dismantle the box and then take the items to my flat alone. I am 57 year old with back problems and it took me 4 hours to do something that would have taken a fit person 10 mins at most. The item was advertised as suede and this is just a regular fabric. Extremely angry and yet again shows my dissatisfaction at wayfair
