Visually, this is a great piece. It is not so great with comfort or quality. The cushions are made with cheap foam and the couch itself always feelssounds as if its breaking. The cushions dont fit properly and the width is very narrow. I liked the set up and ability to have the chaise on the right or left. The cushions arent attracted which was also drew me to the couch. Most sectionals dont have that option. Well, the cushions arent meant to be flipped over fabric isnt the same on both sides. Wayfairs customer service is awesome. I will note that. I was sent a new couch because I asked for cushions that would fit better, but was sent an entirely new set! The new couch was actually worse than the original. I purchased the extended warranty, but it doesnt do much good when the new couch is worse than what I had. This might be good for a play room, or a room not used very often.

Perfect couch!! Very comfortable easy to assemble will need two people for sure very satisfied with this purchase

Love it! Comfortable, soft, perfect size. Exactly what we wanted. Delivery was timely and great service. My only advice is make sure you carefully read the instructions for right vs left chaise. We got confused and had to reassemble a few times.
