Good chair easy to assemble

I like this chair! I needed something with better lumbar support. I think the seat is a bit deeper than it needs to be, but it’s comfortable. It was pretty easy to assemble. Two complaints it seems like the height drops every 3rd time I sit down in it. I also find the placement of the lever to change the height awkward to reach when trying to stand to let the chair up. Otherwise I’m happy with the way it looks and functions and the price was good.

I bought this chair September 1. It is now October 25, and it has broken. Literally the plastic that allows the seat to raise and lower has crumbled all over my floor, and the seat is permanently at the lowest level, and is wobbly & very unstable thereby making it unusable. Apparently according to Wayfair, it's too late to get a replacement or refund or even a credit. Over $100 chair that lasts less than 60 days. Do NOT BUY this chair if you intend on 1. using it 2. using it for more than 60 days. It's cheaply made and will fall apart, literally while you are sitting in it. The only reason it gets one star is because the system won't let me have NO STARS. Waste of time and money. Shame on you Wayfair. You should at the very least stand behind your products and issue a credit when something breaks in less than 60 days from purchase.
