Solid Wood Rocking Chair

I really like the chair. The problem is that it came with a crack in the wood down the side and one of the arms had a piece missing and it looks like someone glued it back on. I sent Wayfair a message as soon as we took it out of the box and got a text that someone would get back to me soon. That was last Friday, today is Tuesday and I am still waiting. I have not sent the chair back as it fits well in my space. Not sure if I received an open box item and charged for a new one.

I wanted a chair for a reading book in my office that I am redoing. I wanted a rocking chair so I looked at lots of websites. Wayfair definitely had the best price. I love the chair. It is a little deeper than what is comfortable to me so I just use a throw pillow behind my back. It’s also not very tall but I am 5’4” so it works for me. Very easy to put together! Packed very good so nothing was broken or missing. And it was on sale! A win win for me!

It's a nice piece of furniture. The bad part is that when it came in one of the wooden leg was broken, I did place an order for a replacement. The replacement I'm still waiting. This was suppose to been a Christmas gift. That really screw everything up. I will give an update as soon as I get my replacement part.

I had difficulty putting this rocking chair together and had to enlist the help of my son. He got it figured out and I’m so glad he did! This cozy chair adds the perfect accent and finishing touches to the room. At first I didn’t think it would be comfortable, but it is!!

Packaging was poor, pretty sure they gave me an open box when I paid for new. Hardware wasn’t all in a sealed bag. Knicks in the wood in some spots. That being said it’s comfortable but overpriced for the quality.
