Very comfortable. Although a bit slanted too far back at times. But otherwise still a great conference room chair.

The leather is a bit hard and does not feel real. The color is off. I was expecting it to be more of a deep taupe based on the pics but in person it’s more of an orange-y tone. Ours came damaged but customer service has been great in helping us with the issue.
