I originally gave it 5 stars but less than 2 weeks in, my husband sat in the chair, reclined and the chair stopped working. Customer service says I have to go thru the manufacturer who, after 2 days sent a drawing depicting it being plugged in. The room isn’t big but now I have a big reclined chair in it

Delivery has great! The chair is very firm, hard. Not very comfortable. Definitely disappointed. I don’t think I would buy furniture on line again.
