The chair is nice, the color and size were spot on, but the chair is super hard, it feels like your sitting on a flat board. Very disappointed in the comfort aspect of the chair. . . Not for people who intend to sit and work for long periods of time at their computer.

Nice chair, but the way it was upholstered is lopsided. Way too expensive for the way it was made. If it were such a pain to send back, I would.

I thought this had a memory foam seat but I guess it doesn't. It does seem to have a memory of my butt print. This happened after only a couple of months of use and it now feels like I'm sitting directly on a board. I'll be buying a new chair soon as it's very uncomfortable

Fedex delivered office chair damaged and dirty. Haven’t tried the chair yet.

I like this office chair. I wanted one that felt more like a regular chair, with fabric and padding, not mesh or too much plastic or metal, and was also supportive. This works for that. It seems to be built well and is comfortable. I chose the light grey, and am glad I did, it looks nice. Update: chair is no longer holding its position, it keeps lowering on it's own so I am going to have to contact customer support.
