Bar Cabinet

Hey Guys, we looked at the reviews before purchasing this item and the common struggle was that the instructions were not clear! But we went ahead anyway since we liked the cabinet very much! The reviews were absolutely right! We struggled only with trying to make sense of the instructions as they are unclear for example, the screws are not labeled so where the process requires for a screw we had to guess which one to use. Luckily we didn’t mess it up and it took us about 5 hours to build. This is obviously not Wayfairs fault but the fault of the manufactures/ parent company. The material is basically what you’d get for the price range and you just need to be careful when building because you can damage the coating on the wood. It may seem a bit wobbly when you’re half way there but it’s much more sturdy when completed. It is a lovely piece and we like it very much and fits well in our home! I like how it looks but I would never buy anything from the same brand again. It took me 5 hours esto ensamble it, there were tones of pieces and the worse instructions ever. The quality of the material is poor but I guess it goes accordingly with the price.

Cheap materials, poor design for feet/stability/backboard/etc , complicated to assemble for avg. or even experienced person. The feet broke off bottom in first minute of use. You must have a drill to assemble. Tiny screws to affix cheap plastic feet that must hold the weight of unit. Need to fold a piece of paper provided in kit to "locate" where holes should be for feet, then mark and screw/drill. NO pre-drilled guide holes. Must use the tiny screws for feet or else screws would punch through the base board, this design is bound to fail. Some one is bound to sue this company when inevitably it falls on someone. If you buy this, be prepared for a long complicated assembly, make sure you have some power tools, and you better use the wall anchor provided.

The wine rack looks great. The rest of the pieces are made with lightweight particle board that is flimsy. For wine storage, the cabinet should be more solid.
