My Dads more comfortable now since its hard for him to sleep in a bed. The recliner was easy to assemble. It arrived with a one inch tear. Customer service was helpful and rectified the situation.

Chair functions as advertised. Initial chair received with small tear in the right hand fabric. Asked for replacement; got another with a tear in literally the same spot. Will not ask for a second replacement, although disappointed that the replacement wasn't checked for defects.
