This chair is not all it seems,it appears good quality when you first get it and I was pleasantly surprised, however, after only a few weeks,the cushions on the arms have collapsed and do not support,the inner material has dispersed to the sides leaving no support and hard wood instead of softness.I only bought the chair a couple of months ago, and there is only myself that uses it,so it shouldnt have gone like this yet.Very disappointed.

Chairs are well made and very comfortable. The only thing letting the chairs down is the delivery, I ordered on the 24th August for a next day delivery. 1st box came 28th, then the other 2 came over various days with last 1 arriving 8th September. Obviously I won’t be ordering from you again.
