The ball bearing mechanism is not operating smoothly. It is stiff to operate. Please can you supply a replacement mechanism for this swivel chair .

The chairs are very nice. I got the gray color which is more of a "greige" which is nice since that is a warmer tone and goes great with my color scheme. Now I pick a table! :)
