I am so disappointed. The photos show the many ways that you can utilize this furniture. One photo shows that you can set it up to have an ottoman as part of the sectional. Per the assembly manual, that is "Part E". I did not receive that particular part and therefore have no ottoman. I do however have an extra "Part A" which is a seating piece. I contacted Wayfair customer service and they were very helpful but had to defer to the manufacturer. Once I was contacted by them, (via email) I explained in detail the circumstances. We emailed back and forth a few times and they finally said that they often add photos as staging photos and it doesn't mean that it's actually part of what you get. I told them that it's extremely deceiving. They basically said, "well since it's not part of what you ordered, there is nothing we can do". And I will add, this sectional isn't even comfortable! I never ever complain, but this has me so frustrated. I just wanted to warn others about it so you don't set your expectations as high as I did.
