X-Club Writing Desk

I’d been looking for something sleeker (yet timeless / classic / traditional) than my shabby-chic 1930s roll top desk. This on an excellent Black Friday week offer was with me & built & in use within 25hrs and I’m very pleased with it. There appear to be a couple of holes missing in/out of one of the relatively minor panels ~ but this doesn’t appear to be any overall structural problem.

It took more putting together than I anticipated, but it was worth it. A lovely desk and very sturdy.
