The tables are darker than the photos which is a little disappointing but I accept that this is due to natural variation in grain colour. The description was “Solid Oak” but one leg of the large table is clearly made from two offcuts of wood of different colours. Although they have been neatly spliced together it would have looked better had they used a single solid piece. The large table was extremely wobbly due to the number of rubber pads varying from leg to leg. They appear to have been affixed by a small child. When it said “Nest of Tables” I did not expect to find an insect nest cemented to the underside of the large table! According to Google this is the mud nest of the Mud Dauber aka Mud Wasp ☹ Obviously the manufacturer has little concept of quality control.

Beautiful nest of 2 tables which is what we were looking for rather than 3 tables. They were already assembled which is great and well wrapped. I've only dropped a star because the quality of the workmanship INSIDE and UNDER the tables is a bit untidy, although the outward appearance is great.

Pretty nest of tables. Would have got 5 stars had they been slightly larger in keeping with the matching coffee table
