Desk is beautiful which is why I’m giving it 2 stars. Although I think I may be being too nice. It seems as though only one very thin coat of paint which after only 3 months is discolouring and turning yellow from the wood. Don’t think about writing on a piece of paper directly on to the desk, it needs to be on a pad as it leaves an indent in the very soft wood. The amount of chips already in the paint makes me worry this desk is not going to last 6 months, never mind a year. If you want to use on a daily basis I suggest a different desk as this one seem only good for display purposes.

the item, was grossly overpriced for what was,unexpectedly,a flat pack! The instructions were in German! The diagrams were shocking! NONE of the pieces of MDF were marked, to identify them. It said build time 2.5 hours!! nearer 11.5(ELEVEN) hours!! DON'T BUY THIS!!!!

Not great quality dowels went straight through wood and cracked the side panel

Nice sturdy desk Arrived earlier than expected (a big plus for me) One of the back panels arrived cracked - Wayfair agreed to replace without any difficulty, though we have to wait a fair bit for the replacement. Definitely need 2 people to assemble
