Bastogne Solid Wood Storage Bench

Looks good in my conservatory and so useful, hide all the clutter.

Bastogne Wood Storage Hallway Bench. The external finish was terrible like a rough sawn finish particularly on the top of the unit. All was not lost as I needed to change the colour to a dark oak varnish. But I did need to carefully smooth the wood first. I am using the unit as a wardrobe storage as image. So if you are looking to refinish the unit to suit your needs its an OK sort of purchase. The unit arrived well packed and not damaged the original paint finish is indeed a strange purple/gray colour very rustic and very rough .

From ordering through to delivery excellent. Packaging very professional. Bough to use as a compact tv unit for conservatory. storage baskets are very roomy and substantial in quality , these will come in useful for additional storage. Colour is grey colour wash. A great purchase at a very good price. Happy customer .

Almost a blue purple in colour, very dark and baskets are a very thin weave, not sure that they will last very long. I'll have to paint it and get new baskets. Arrived on time, and intact. Next time i'll be going for Rowico!
