Cowley Solid Wood Dining Chair (Set of 2)

Parts with no drill holes when they are meant to have and holes in the parts. Customer resolution ineffective in correcting the issue promptly. Quality assurance ineffective. Will not be buying again.

Nice quality wood, heavy and sturdy, however arrived with a big dent on one box which proved to be the cause of damage on one of the chair sides which is being replaced, hopefully! Chair easy to assemble but make sure you have the legs levelled on the floor before tightening all fixings otherwise you are left with a wobble. Doesn’t tell you that in the instructions. One other point, the name of the item is Cowley, however, on arrival it is called Corona. Not surprised they changed the name but it does make you think they’ve sent the wrong item at first, so would’ve been nice for wayfair to have mentioned it.

Fit together OK, not very comfortable, needs cushions.

They look strong and robust ideal for family life and were delivered on time
