Terrible experience not even worth 1 Star. First of all, the furniture arrived with no instruction manual whatsoever. How do you ship a complicated piece of furniture and not include assembly instructions? That alone is unacceptable. Then, to make matters worse, two critical parts were completely missing from the box. So now I’m stuck with pieces everywhere and no way to finish building it. When I reached out to customer support, it only got more frustrating. They were completely unhelpful and couldn’t even provide something as basic as a tracking number for the replacement parts. How does a company this large not have that information readily available? and now I’m being told it will take 2–3 weeks for the replacement parts to arrive. So I’m left with a half-built stand sitting in the middle of my living room for weeks. It’s inconvenient, messy, and honestly ridiculous. Overall, this has been a terrible experience from start to finish. Extremely disappointed and absolutely would not recommend.

The stand was the perfect colour, matching our flooring. the unit is well made and efficiently put together. The instructions could have been better but are fine as long as you pay close attention.
