Horrible customer service, only recieved half the order and was expected to dispose of it myself

I thought this couch was great for the price initially… it is definitely on the harder side so it’s uncomfortable for some but that wasn’t too much of an issue for me. However, it’s been a little over a year since I’ve had it and a spring already came loose and the pillows lost a lot of their shape. Overall the cost does not offset the poor quality sadly.

Super hard but bearable. Came damaged and dirty as well so that’s great. Literally there is an hole that they just poorly glued some extra fabric on top to cover it up like no one would notice… It also took a week longer to deliver than it was supposed to for some reason. And finally the instructions were literally just pictures but it’s fairly simple to just snap together. Other than that i’ll give the couch some time hopefully it’ll soften up with time. Really hoping I can get these black marks off of it.

For the price, this couch is 100 worth it. If you’re in a smaller apartment, the storage underneath and the pullout portion are incredible. It is a firmer couch. If you want to sink into a super cushiony sectional, this isn’t the couch for you. But it’s comfortable and soft and supportive. I’m short, so the lower back is not a problem. My 6’3” partner can lie down and take a nap sideways. Is it a little short width-wise for him Sure. But we’re young in a smaller apartment and couldn’t fit a bigger couch anyways. I couldn’t be happier with it for what it is. Easy assembly. Color true to photos.

Easy ensamble, really fast delivery, just two days after purchase, is exactly that the video shows. I love this sofa, is very comfortable and is really huge.
