Shocking quality!!! Terrible customer service as well. Had to contact them numerous times. Extremely unhelpful. Have used them before and been happy but this is the last time I use them.

Drawer runners are very stiff so opening and closing drawers isnt easy but other than that, it assembled okay.

I have spent the best part of three days attempting to put together a self-assembly tall-boy that my wife purchased from you. I thought you might appreciate some feed-back:- 1. Unpacking the two delivery boxes it was noticeable that various edges of coloured panels had blemishes/chips, that hopefully would not be visible once assembled. 2. Almost each item in the delivery had a stick-on reference number. Unfortunately, in our delivery there were omissions - there was no 18/19 stick-on reference numbers and one stick-on 9 was missing. There were 3 stick-on number 8s (on two different shapes). Moving on to the assembly instructions:- 3. Illustration 2 (not designated as a Step) shows three hardboard panels of different sizes referenced 8,18,19. Our delivery had three hardboard panels of different sizes all referenced 8 (see 2 above). Illustration Step 8. Hardboard panel was not reference 19 in our delivery (see 3 above). Illustration Step 10. Hardboard panel referenced 18 was referenced 8 in our delivery (see 3 above). Illustration Step 12. The drawer runners are shown as being the full length of panels 9 and 10 whilst on other illustrations they are shown to be shorter? Illustration Step 19 shows three different sized hardboard panels. Our delivery had two, all confusingly referenced 8 by stick-on labels (see 2 above). Problems encountered with assembly:- 4. One of item “B” appeared to have a manufacturing fault such that it would not go over a bolt head “A” as it was smaller than the width of the bolt head. 5. All of the drawer runners (14) are attached using two “D” screws in elongated holes. Whilst every effort was made to ensure uniformity of fitting, it is my opinion that no two runners were fitted identically, due to the elongated holes. The results of any misalignment are only visible nearing completion of the assembly, making it extra difficult to carry out adjustment. 6. The runners have a plastic insert at one end that keeps the bearing in place. On two occasions the insert fell out when fitting a drawer, resulting in ball bearing becoming dislodged. Reassembly is difficult (even if you can locate all the ball bearing, which I failed to do). 7. The hardboard panels were difficult to locate in their rebated slot due to slight misalignment of slot rebate when fitting the drawer fronts. 8. Manufacture detritus in various openings prevented easy assembly. A pre-delivery vacuuming may have helped. 9. “A” screws could be out of alignment with joint holes if over tightened. Finally:- The finished assembly looks “shoddy” due to differing gaps between drawers. In conclusion:- The tall-boy is unfit for purpose and is unlikely to withstand normal use before requiring repair. It would seem that your quality control requires an overhaul. As a lay person I should not be able to find elementary mistakes with assembly instructions or be able to point out faults with delivery contents. Perhaps, as a show of good faith, you might offer my wife a full refund?
