The idea of this table design is good. We were looking for a coffee table that was useful and practical for laptop use, games and eating. This seemed to suit our needs. It took over 5 hours for 2 of us to assemble. The quality of the item is not the best. It’s not wooden as we thought but is instead particle board covered with a black plastic coating. It has a number of chips and raw edges . It could be a practical table but a little rickety so dont know how long it will last. Would not buy again.

Good choice for a budget lift top coffee table but be aware that its assembly takes over 4 hours. It's made of chip board and don't be surprised if one or more parts don't have the guide holes they should. Overall it's ok and robust once assembled. We'll see how long the hinges last!

What a lot of fiddly parts. Looks ok when assembled, but top table hinge fixing not great. Be surprised if it stands the wear and tear.

Good for the price however took ages to assemble, not as easy to put up and back down . Poor quality however works for the price.
