Kingsbury 83cm W 6 - Drawer Chest of Drawers

Was expecting to have to get the candle wax on the runners - stiff or sticking runners have been my experience with flat-pack in the past - but not needed this time. Easy to follow instructions, solid construction. On that note, not light, so maybe a two person job for some.

I bought 2 chests of drawers. They arrived on time, in separate packages, and are packed very well. One thing to be aware of is they each weighed 40 kilos. The delivery drivers carried them upstairs and were awesome. Recommend you ask them to put in the room where you will put the drawers. Once you open there's no problem, you can move by parts. The installation instructions are very clear and easy to understand, however we built the first chest of drawers in around 3 hours, the second one much quicker. Still more than the 1 hour the instructions suggest though. The bottom of the drawers are made with fiberboard (big drawers have a central, wooden support beam, very smart ). I love the design, style and quality of the product! Comes with a lovely smell of fresh wood too, which is a great bonus.

The drawers are quite small but they fit really well in the space. Looks nice! So long and hard to build that’s the only reason for the 4 stars. So many components but once built it’s lovely!

We were expecting it to be built already. Thus needs to be assembled still. 2 hours assembled.
