Only had a year and the base collapsed and the mattress spring are pinging constantly

Look of bed overall matches photos but arrived ripped in a small part,fortunately where the bed joins so wont be seen and the black bit underneath was also detached so we had to staple this to stop it ripping further, this was despite being double wrapped in plastic so would have not been the courier. Mattress is very thick and comfortable.

The base is good but the mattress is awful. We haven’t even had this a year yet and it’s only had my 13yr old son sleeping on it and the mattress has a spring coming through it and it has dipped in the middle. For £424 it’s not worth it as now we need to purchase a new mattress 8 months in!

One strut on headboard snapped during assembly, one foot is not made correctly

I've only received my mattress my bed was supposed to of been delivered on the 15-07- 2024, so cannot give a review
