We have had 2 of these chairs for a few months now. They are heavy and the backrest comes up too easily if you use it to move the chair at all, so I am constantly having to adjust it back down. The arms are also nice, but hard to move under a desk unless the chair is all the way down and I like to sit higher. I feel I am always having to adjust it to slide it back under my desk. I am actually listing them on marketplace and getting new ones. Which is a bummer because I do like how they look.
