One star because I can't give cero. Appalling courier, DHL, 5 consecutive days announced the delivery and then cancelled. I called Wayfair on the 4th day and they told me that I had entered into a contract and if I didn't take delivery (because I could not stay in more days waiting for it) they will deliver to a neighbour either if I liked it or not. And they would not take cancelation, breaching the distance selling act and the consumer credit act. To make it worst, DHL dropped the item at the front door of the block, not even trying the intercom, I found it there by chance, and the item has arrived faulty.

This item arrived in a large cardboard box with no protective wrapping around the item itself. The box had clearly had a bumpy journey and had a number of holes in it. There was a small dent in the upholstery but It is too much effort to return a large item like this. Also, I was not aware that the lid only opens to 45 degrees. This is not clear in the description.
