The chairs we bought are fantastic, just what we wanted. We have been looking for a good pair of chairs for our conservatory for a couple of years. It is such a pity they took nearly as long to get them, once ordered. Allegedly our order got lost by XDP, the carrier, twice! Despite daily phone calls and numerous emails nobody wanted to resolve our problem. Everyone said how sorry they were that matters had gone wrong but nobody attempted to resolve the issue. I give 5 stars for the chairs but none at all for customer service or aftercare. I will be very wary of using Wayfair again!
