Firm seating at a good height for less able. Doesn't have enough depth of seat for taller people. I assembled on my own. haven't managed to get ottoman, chaise secured with velcro. Have already managed a couple of Nana Naps on chaise!

REALLY love these sofas, we got 2 for our living room, really versatile and easy to configure and put together, super comfortable for a budget sofa. Weve put a 3 seater in the window, a 3 seater with extra pouff as our main sofa and a spare 2 seater in corner. Very happy with our purchase would highly recommend. The headrests are a really nice addition too

Delivery came in 2 parts a week apart. The sofa itself is narrow and fairly firm to sit on. The headrests are removable - so that was good. The cushions look cheap, so will discard them in favour of others. All in, it's a trim sofa and good for our small living room. Great the sofa can be configured in different ways - but can move about a bit on a smooth floor.

We ordered this sofa due to our tiny tiny doorway and so far we are very happy. It is quite compact (as we expected) so is great for smaller areas. The cushions are quite firm so it’s not a sofa you can cuddle into, but to sit and watch tv on with a couple of added cushions, it’s fine. The adjustable chaise long sections means we can easily move the pieces separately to use as footstools which is useful to us. Overall, it is what we expected and have no complaints.
