Packaging was damaged bar stool leg chipped and the chair wobbled

Missing hardware from one pack which arrived in a damaged box (of two stools). Wasn’t expecting to have to put them together myself, this would have been made easier if the necessary tools (spannerallen key) were included - had to go out and buy these to complete the job.

These bar stools look great; the woven rush seats are good for a country or coastal look but would fit into most settings if you want a more relaxed vibe. I have them next to a higher window in a sea-themed bedroom. They are fairly easy to put together, but it would have been nice to have an Allen Key included. They are strongly built so are quite heavy, but this makes them stable. The weight was probably the cause of the box breaking open at the base, but the chairs were very well packed inside so not a problem.
