Does not look anything like the picture, very scrawny and small widthways. Was bought as a prelit tree , but didn’t come with a mains lead or any connectors for each section of tree! Raised the issue with Wayfair, who at first seemed very dismissive, like asking what was worse , it not being as described, or missing parts! I just wanted my money back after that comment. Arranged for courier collection, and had a feeling it would not be completed. Took half a day off work, and husband took the other half day off work, and to no surprise, no collection of item. So raised it again with customer service, who finally agreed that all the running around was not acceptable . Issued me with a refund,, and I have an incomplete tree to discard or donate. I will donate to a family in need.
