It would've definitely been faster with a second person. It was packaged well. When assembled it's a little less than 4 ft by 3 ft. It's very sturdy and I'm sure it'll stand up to many years of play. I love all the details to this doll house. You can flip the wall in the one top room to change it up too. It comes fully furnished without looking cluttered. I love the fact that it has a flushing sound toilet and working light. It's perfect size for 12" dolls. My 5 year old niece absolutely loves her new house and has become her favorite toy.
