HONESTLY ! This recking chair was to be a present in April but we've held off until Christmas. Pkg hasn't been opened yet... however the service was EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE.. Delivery was EXCELLENT and very much thankful for it ! And that is why I ordered another item just recently a 2nd time!
